1. What is the warranty on my robot? |
Our warranty has 1-year from purchase period. We guarantee that
manufacturer defects will not happen for one year and if you sign up
for our membership card, you will receive one more year of warranty extended from the origial contract

2. What if my robot malfunctions? |
Our technicians are almost always ready and waiting for your call.
We will try our best to find the solution for your problem
and fix it as fast as possible.Our Customers are always our first priority
Our working hours are 9am to 3pm for Monday to Friday

3.What if my robot is hitting with the ground or the wall? |
We can offer you a repair service or a replacement for broken parts
and if you have a membership card, you can use it to get
discount for around 30-50%

4.How long will the battery last? |
The power source of robot is supplied by free-wet cell
along with external port for recharging which will be
last for 5 hours with one hour of recharging
